Fee Reega empieza a hacer música en 2009 y con eso provoca el desmontaje de su vida. En los siguientes tres años publica cinco EPs y un album, todos producidos por ella y grabados y publicados con la ayuda de amigos músicos y pequeños sellos de Do-It-Yourself internacionales (sobre todo Woodland Recordings).
